Hello, we’re a family of 5 (Robin, Eryn, Nick, Davey is 4 years old and Ryann is almost 1 years old) and we’ve recently moved out of our house which has been hard enough. We all know moving sucks! We immediately put everything we own in 2 storage units at Public Storage in south San Jose. On June 14th we heard the nightmare news of our storage building via channel 2 news. Building D was burnt to a crisp and Building D is where we happen to have our 2 storage units. Everything we all own except for a few articles of clothing….”total loss” is how the Public Storage worker described it. What do we do now? We had minimal insurance on the units but that doesn’t even scratch the surface. I know we’re gonna have to just pick up the pieces the best we can especially for the kids. The fire happened a couple weeks ago but we’re all still in total shock.. Without many resources or financial options moving forward…if you can spare anything it would mean the world to us. Seriously, right now anything is literally EVERYTHING to us! Thank you in advance
