On the morning of July 13th, a devastating fire tragically struck in Merlin, Oregon. The primary residence of our three nephews/grandsons and their father/step-father, Dave, was reduced to ashes. These boys, who have already faced many of life's challenges, are now confronted with this overwhelming ordeal. Like any fire, it was merciless, leaving nothing of their belongings intact. Dave has been tirelessly working on constructing a new home on the same lot suitable for them all, paying for it out of pocket as he can. Despite making great progress, it's not yet habitable as it is lacking some fundamental necessities and with their current dwelling now burned, they could really use some help closing the gap to finish up the house. With a bit of assistance, we can expedite the final stages. It's crucial they have a secure and warm place before Autumn's arrival. Our goal is ambitious, but ANY amount is helpful right now. Our immediate support can provide them with some essential living requirements and help initiate the rebuilding process. Dave, a devoted father figure, has always worked hard to provide for these boys. He's ready and willing to rebuild their lives, but your generous help will undoubtedly lighten their burden.
