Hi, My name is Jacqueline Bequette. I have been a professional Salsa , Tango, and contemporary dancer, competitor and artist all my life. Before the pandemic my long time dance injuries and a car accident left me on crutches and wheelchairs for four years. I was able to walk and dance again January 2024. The pandemic ended my career in San Francisco. I moved to Albuquerque New Mexico in 2024 to take care of my mom. She has become more ill and I am home now. My dance business in this new town is growing slowly. Last Thursday, my car was stolen. My heart was broken. Not only am I greatly attached to my car . I can't without my car take my mom to her doctor and emergency appointments. As of today, we are going to three to four a week. Last week, I finished paying off my car title (the stolen car) But I just want to get a reliable cheap car for now to handle this emergency. This portrait is of Chris Sanchez. It's almost finished. If you would like to give one to a loved one as a gift. Let me know, I would be happy to draw or paint one for you or your loved ones.
