On Monday, July 24th, my 87-year-old aunt Angie and her 90-year-old husband lost everything in a tragic fire that severely damaged two buildings, and displaced several families. My aunt and uncle lived on the top floor of the building that was most severely damaged. It is sad to say that they lost all of their personal pictures, prized possessions, and basic necessities. Thankfully, they have been placed in a temporary emergency shelter with the help of the Red Cross but much more will be needed to help them rebuild their lives. As you can imagine, this has taken an immense toll on their mental and physical health, knowing that they will not be returning to the place they called home for the past 25 years. Our family is extremely grateful that they are safe. Please help my aunt and uncle by donating whatever amount you can. All funds will go to replacing everything they have lost. Thank you for your support and generosity!
