FUNDRAISER APPEAL: Help provide a clean water source and uplift the community in Bwibere, Uganda! Access to clean water will allow the community to become increasingly self-sufficient and avoid many illnesses spread through dirty water. A borehole is not an easy project to undergo, so any support really helps! Message from community members: FUNDRAISER APPEAL: Dear friends!! I'm writing this with a heavy heart and sorrow. The need for clean water is still dire. We drink dirty and contaminated water not because we want to but we have no option. People have been admitted back and forth suffering from serious water borne diseases such as diarrhea, typhoid and anaemia due to bacterias taken in with contaminated water. Think about the children who go to school around the village . Children go thirsty, with unwashed clothes and many unbathed hence not attending school due to lack of clean water and those contaminated sources are the only option a young student of age 8 below can go to since they're within the village to avoid trekking long distances for education which could result into sexual abuse on their way home and so ruining one's future. If we can have the borehole drilled in my village, Health will be improved and Everyone will be happy to have clean safe water. Please do something to help the people of my community.
