Hello, I'm Jennifer Kylans mom. With many storms we've had in East Texas it has caused many outages in our town. With Kylans medical needs, being without electricity for a long period of time can soon turn into an emergency. All of his medical equipment has to be plugged in directly to be used. Because of his severe brain damage he isn't able to regulate his body temp as well. So when he gets hot, his brain can't tell his body to cool down. We then are using battery powered fans to help but then those only last for so long. We received an estimated cost of $11,400 for a standby generac generator for our home. This would be very beneficial for Kylan. If you have it in your heart please help any amount will be a blessing. And as always continue to keep our Kylan in your prayers. Thank you.
