Hey everyone, it's Luca again! So, the first fundraiser worked out, and I'd like to thank everyone who pitched in—you saved me from the fire, and now I'm only dealing with the frying pan. There's been good news since the last time we talked. I finally have access to things that I need in order to continue with my job training and get my income in order, and I've been approved for HCDDS, which also goes a long way towards building documentation for my disability case. It's looking REALLY good for my disability case, actually, and it's only a matter of time, but time takes its toll. I will owe back rent for June and July, and hopefully I'll be able to get my own funds together for August, but the landlord did inform me I'd receive another little notice about 'pay us money or we'll evict you' on the 6th, which likely means that due date is August 31st. Two months of rent plus late fees, plus my bizarre responsibility for THEIR legal fees, brings it to a projected $1960, which, hey, is quite a bit less than last time! I may be able to supply $500 of this myself, depending on what my insurance says about my eligibility for their social services benefit, so that should drastically help get this together—and, as I said before, I'll be working again shortly. If anyone out there is willing and able to pitch in, every single dollar helps, as well as sharing this LFEBridge on your social media pages to help with reach, since I'm not good at that sort of thing.
