Update: More than half the house is done for. It will have to be knocked down and rebuilt, the other rooms were just destroyed on the interior. My dad, unfortunately, did not have insurance, as the house was recently passed down to him when his mother passed away. The current plan is to get him a small camper he can hook up to power and water at the house while he rebuilds. We truly appreciate all of the donations, and it means more than you know, we have some help from the Red Cross as well which is amazing. He will be okay, he appreciates the support a bunch. Today my dad's house unfortunately caught on fire, it started in the back bedroom and burned more than 3/4 of the house completely up. He lost all of his clothes, shoes, and bedding in the flames. Thankfully he and his dog are just fine and have a place to stay. I am trying to raise a few hundred dollars to help get him some new clothes and put some money into the cleanup of the house. I appreciate anything that you guys give, and appreciate the support my father has gotten this far.
