Hello everyone! My name is Cindy and I am hoping that through this platform I can obtain help during these very trying times my family and I are enduring. On June 16th of this year my youngest daughter came forth with some news that no mother ever wants to hear. My husband, now ex, of almost 11 years had been taking advantage of her sexually. According to my daughter, this had been going on for a few months. However, she was scared and did not know how to come forward with such devastating news. She opened up and informed myself and my eldest daughter of this, and we immediately took action to protect her and my son. Naturally my mother's heart broke into pieces as this news came to me. Our world we had known shattered right before us. I was clueless and heartbroken for my daughter. We have since this point began learning how to live without him. It is now just myself, my youngest daughter, and my son in the home. My (ex) husband has been incarcerated and we have no contact order in place. All of this said, I am now after almost 11 years a single mother. I am visually impaired with karacatonis and collapsed corneas and he was our sole income. We have applied for many programs and they will hopefully soon be in place. With him no longer being in the picture, this has left me with some major home repairs along with everyday bills that have to be payed. This is a drastic change to our family, as he was the one who handled all of this. However, we know the Lord will make a way and so far he has been sending an army. We are SO extremely thankful for everyone who has helped, reached out, and prayed. Please understand this is a VERY sensitive subject for us to speak of and that at this time I cannot give and WILL not give further details. I'm doing this to protect myself, and my children. If you can't help financially, please pray for our family. We are believers and my daughter has a music ministry for the Lord that is currently on pause due to the circumstances.
