Hello, my name is Trina I live in Australia & my best friend Tony lives in Arizona, recently I found out that Tony is homeless. Tony, his wife & their two sons lived in their beautiful home in Arizona before Tony finally had to walk away from his abusive wife, he left with nothing but his car & his clothes. She now lives in what was once a part of Tony’s beautiful family home with their two sons, her new partner & a newborn baby that she’s just had with her new partner. Tony has always worked & still is but most of his income goes to child support, then what’s left which isn’t much it keeps his car road worthy (only just) along with food etc. Tony only gets to see his sons for a couple of hours per week, it’s breaking his heart, he often shuts down & he is alone. He has become severely depressed, he feels like he is a burden if he asks for help, he has been living in his car for far too long (2 years), every time he saves up some money to try & get an apartment something else comes up… his car needs repairs, his boy’s birthdays, Christmas, schooling, medical etc. He has stayed in a hotel due to the extreme heat in Arizona but finds himself back in his car as he can not afford more than a night or two. He has no family. No one knows Tony is homeless, if anyone was to ever ask him he would tell them he stays at a friends on his couch because as a man he feels embarrassed. He doesn’t know I’m doing this page here for him, to know that he’s been going through this alone & to hear him breakdown & tell me how scared he is & that he can’t go on like this for much longer is heartbreaking, I couldn’t imagine being where he is alone with no one. Please I’m asking if anyone could help Tony so he can pay a bond to get an apartment, get some furniture, appliances, & necessities he needs to get him off the streets, into a bed, & the thing that’s most important to him… a place he can take his boys home to & spend those father son moments that he’s missing out on….please, please help… this is my one & only wish. with all my heart….
