We are asking for help for our friend and colleague, Yana Borsheva, who lost her husband unexpectly on October 25. Michael died of a heart attack. He was a great person: generous, honest and always willing to help others anytime, anywhere. He loved life and especially his family. Michael and Yana have a 2-year-old son and they were eagerly expecting their second child. Yana is 7 months pregnant, and is now dealing with a completely different and devastating reality of raising her children alone. She is also facing serious financial challanges. Yana is not feeling well and cannot work at this time. She will have to stay home for a good period after her second child is born, as well. All her friends are deeply concerned (Janna, Inga and others). We are raising money in the hopes of setting her up with funds for a year.Yana is a special education teacher. I have known her for 10 years. She is an increribly decent, warm and kind person. She is also a great teacher - professional and patient. My heart bleeds for her. Please help in any way you can.
