Hi, my name is Colette and I'm reaching out to friends and family to help my sister Wendy. Wendy has been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of bone cancer called Chordoma. Wendy has already undergone major surgery on her spine and has been unable to work since April. Wendy's further treatments and surgeries will all be at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Funds raised are to support travel/lodging and medical expenses. Wendys next course of treatment at this time is 6 weeks of radiation at Mayo. Following the 6 weeks of radiation, Wendy anticipates another major spine surgery. Recovery could keep her from returning to work for possibly a year.
