Hi, my name is Ashley and I made this LFEBridge for my sister Vickie and her husband Nick. This will go to help ease the pain of the medical bills that are starting to pour in. On Thursday, July 20th Vickie went in for a routine 35 week check up only to discover her sweet Weston no longer had a heartbeat. She was then transported to the hospital and plans were made to induce labor in the next few days. On Sunday, July 23rd Weston Peter John Zimmerman was born via C section. He weighed 8lbs 11.6 ounces and was absolutely perfect! Vickie, Nick, and our entire family are absolutely devastated and heartbroken over this lose. The pain of losing a child is overwhelming. Many friends and family have asked if there’s anything they can do to help ease some of the burden. We decided to make this LFEBridge to help do just that. The medical bills are starting to pour in and anything will help. Vickie and Nick would use this money to help pay those bills along with funeral costs, and further testing to see what went wrong and how to prevent it in future pregnancies. Nick recently started a new job (3 days before the doctors appt) and is already missing work to help take care of vickie post surgery as well as heal their hearts. They appreciate all the love and support from everyone.
