UPDATE: Seeking Your Help For Bernadette Some of you may be aware that our youngest Bo cousin, Bernadette, has had a number of health problems over the past couple of years and is need of a permanent place to live since Uncle Bob’s house in Bellmawr was recently sold. Bernadette had gastrointestinal surgery early in 2024 and needs another surgery. After her first surgery, Berna stayed with her brother Bobby for a few weeks and then moved to Carol’s house in May 2024 until April 16 of this year, when Carol had a serious flood in her house, causing damage that is still being repaired. Since leaving Carol’s, Berna had been staying with friends until recently when we learned that she had to spend several days/nights living in her car. Cousins Kelly (Bo Bradford) and Carol (Wilson Pandza) recently provided financial help to get Berna a hotel and some personal necessities. They also provided leads on how to find a permanent home, working with social services. Berna had found a place to stay for a week with a friend, but it didn’t work out, so Berna was back in a hotel for a few nights, but she is now staying with Kelly and Frank for two weeks as she works on finding other options. Bernadette will need further assistance to help her build a bridge to a future that includes a permanent place to live. Carol and Kelly have set up this LFEBridge on Berna’s behalf. Kylie Bohannon (Bobby’s daughter and Berna’s niece) generously agreed to manage any donations that come in, to help Bernadette and to avoid putting any of Berna’s financial support in jeopardy. Berna also knows that she needs to make finding a permanent place to live her top priority along with taking care of her health. We hope this LFEBridge will provide a place for the family and any adopted family/friends to donate anything they can on Bernadette's behalf. Also, if you have ideas or connections for housing for Berna, or if you have a place she can stay on an interim basis, please use the LFEBridge contact method to advise of that. This is an immediate need, so please consider giving if you can, and feel free to forward this request to others who may not be part of this email list. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA. This is not an ideal situation, but we have a big family and we hope that sharing this information will generate awareness and necessary help. Please donate if you can. And thank you. This is an amazing family. - Kelly and Carol
