Our friend in Poland has a severely disabled son, who requires 24 hour care and is back and forth with various hospital appointments. Unfortunately in Poland the system doesn’t help like it does here so we’d like try to support their cause. These funds will go towards a new special vehicle they are trying to buy and his on going 24 hour care. The plan is a Double Ironman in one day (Saturday 2nd September 2024) in Nowy Targ, spilt between 3 swimmers 4.8 miles (7.6km) 2 bikers 224 miles (360km) 1 runner 52.4 miles (84.4km) I’ll be doing the run and Magda will be one of the 2 cyclists and our good polish friends are helping doing the other legs. We’ll be putting videos on socials all day so you can keep and eye on us We’ll start early in the morning and go relay style until we are done ☑️ Thank you for your support and any donation will be a massive help, even if it just a £5
