Hello, my name is Tucker. I lived with my girlfriend, Alisha, for five years. In March of this year we discovered that she had cancer, and less than two months later she passed away. It was a few weeks before she would have turned 30. Alisha was the most important person in the world to me. This has been a tremendous, devastating loss, especially after losing one of my best friends earlier this year and my father last year. She was also the primary breadwinner, and I was very fortunate to be able to pursue school while working inconsistently because of her help. I want to be able to maintain my independence in the apartment we shared. I am terrified of losing my home on top of losing her. I also am very concerned for my own health, but I don't have insurance and cannot afford regular visits to the doctor. She also left me her cat. Tabitha was her baby, and it is important to me that I honor Alisha's memory by taking care of her as best as I can. I want to make sure that I can afford visits to the veterinarian. Thank you for your time.
