I’m Sarah’s friend and coworker, Marissa. I cannot even imagine the stress and emotional duress placed on this sweet family right now. On top of worrying about a loved one’s health, logistics of finances inevitably appear. I am starting this LFEBridge because it is necessary. Even just a little bit from a lot of people can add up in a big way!! As many of you know, a few months ago, young, healthy, breadwinner and father of two littles, Trevor Lind, unexpectedly developed a massive brain bleed due to a mass in his brain. He has since been through extensive surgeries and therapy, but the road ahead of him is long. Fraught with additional upcoming surgeries and therapy to learn how to walk, talk, and do articles of daily living again, Trevor will not be working for the foreseeable future. His wife Sarah will be returning to work as an elementary school teacher next month after having exhausted all of her leave in order to be by his side throughout this scary time -and with two young kiddos. Yall, with the astronomical costs of healthcare, future surgeries, therapies, childcare when Sarah returns to work, they are facing MAJOR mounting medical and other expenses. Please, let’s pitch in and help ease this burden.
