My name is Linda Berni, I am creating this account for my 29 year old sonTrevor McDonald.In September of this year Trevor was in immense pain in his groin area, he went to the doctor who then referred him to a Urology Specialist. The Urologist conducted blood work and ultra sounds which proved to be our worst fear...it was Testicular Cancer. Surgery was done immediately to remove his right testical, a biopsy and upper and lower ultra sounds were done and with that we found out the cancer has spread into his abdomen area, the Urologist then sent Trevor to see an Oncologist. On Monday October 19th Trevor had his first appt. with the Oncologist who had already gone over all the test results and found an area of concern in the lung area as well, more testing is being done to see if the cancer has spread into the lung area also. The doctor ordered up 3 rounds of Chemo possibly 4 depending on the outcome of the lung testing to start immediately.Since we've never been through this before we don't know how Trevor's body will react to the chemo and medications he will be on and the doctor said he will not be able to work during treatments and will miss periods of time at work. Any donations received will be used to help Trevor cover the costs of medical bills such as chemo, medications and further testing.This has been very hard for our family and we are very devastated. Trevor has been a warrior through this whole thing and we are very proud of him. He is a hard working man with a good heart and loves his family and we love him. We are thankful and greatful for all the prayers that Trevor has received to this point, please continue to keep him in your prayers.Any donations received will be greatly appreciated.Thank you
