I desperately need a total shoulder replacement..... thanks to Obama our insurance now requires a $1,900 copay........ it will be my right shoulder replacement I am right handed therefore it is nearly impossible for me to work full time now anything anyone would like to do to donate to my copay would greatly be appreciated
