Hello everyone. We are the Santiago sister’s, Cassandra, Candist, and Caitlyn, writing for our father, Tony Santiago. Our dad was born with a blood condition, causing him to be prone to forming clots throughout the body. This has been mostly managed medication, however over the last year he unfortunately developed a few clots in his leg, despite the medicine. In March of this year, after battling months of excruciating pain and multiple emergency room visits, he was found to have a large blood clot in his left leg. He had surgery to remove this clot, however smaller clots had become lodged in the smaller arteries of his foot. After multiple surgeries and countless doctors visits, in June of 2024, dad finally had a below-the-knee amputation of his left leg. If you know Tony Santiago, you know he’s a man that can’t sit still for more than 5 minutes at a time. He’s an electrician by trade and loves what he does. Unfortunately due to these events he also is unable to work, lost his home and any sort of ability to make any sort of income to provide himself with basic necessities. We have applied for disability but the process can take up to 9-12 months. Any amount you can give is a blessing, and if you find yourself unable to give monetarily please lift him up in prayers and please share this with your family and friends. Thank you all so much! Blessings to you all !
