Hi, my name is Denise and I'm fundraising for the emergency medical Veterinary bills for "TomTom" Off Road's Once In A Lifetime. UPDATE ! TomTom has healed and competing in running again. The bill for his care is still short $2050.00. The bill was put on CareCredit and will start accruing interest (17.99%) February 2024. UPDATE This boy is healing well. He has another month of leash walking and then... Hopefully yard privileges! TomTom had a traumatic injury at home. 7 June 2024 the vet determined he had a severe lung contusion. Saturday he was much worse. At an emergency vet hospital, he was then diagnosed with a traumatic pneumothorax and hospitalized. He came home Monday morning and later was again having trouble breathing. He went back to his primary vet and a pneumothorax tube was inserted. This injury became life-threatening very quickly. His mom, Linda did a fantastic job pulling air from him. The tube was removed on 14 June 2024. TomTom is recovering at home.
