On Saturday 19th August a group of colleagues from Bristol and surrounding areas are taking on The National Three Peaks Challenge. We are going to attempt to climb the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon), one after another – with an aim to complete the challenge within 24 hours! In doing so, we would like to try and raise as much money as possible for the incredible work being done at Cancer Research. According to NHS statistics, unfortunately 1 in 2 people will develop some form of cancer during their lifetime. This means that almost every single person will know someone close them that will develop cancer problems. Some of the Team embarking on this challenge have known the damage of this life threating illness first hand and are taking this as an opportunity to fight back. Cancer Research is pioneering the way into finding prevention, diagnosis and treatments of cancer that has helped save millions of lives so far, so please donate generously to this outstanding cause.
