Hi my name is Jo, I'm fundraising for people living in 2 extra care schemes in South Shields. The money will allow us to put on community events and further funds will be used for awareness. So here's a bit about me. I really don't like being cold nor am I a good swimmer however I am going to be doing a boxing day swim in the sea as this cause is very close to my heart ❤️.
