Jarod and Susan Baugh are a well known couple born and raised in LaPorte, Texas. The family is struggling financially after Jarod was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, Stage 3 Cancer, in January of this year.Jarod has completed six cycles chemotherapy. He has had success with the treatment, which is allowing him to undertake his next battle, a bone marrow transplant. For this to happen, Jarod will have to stay in the hospital for extended amounts of time, up to 4 weeks. As you can imagine this will stop any income from filtrating through the family owned business as it normally would flow. Home expense, medical expenses, hospital stay expenses will add up to a point of not being able to make any ends meet. To know Susan and Jarod is to know how they are biggest of community supporters for fundraisers and volunteer work. They volunteer for their church, local animal shelters and schools. They have both helped people when they have been in need. Both are thought of as the nicest, most kind hearted individuals who truly will take the shirts off their backs to help a neighbor or friend in need. Family is everything. Health is everything. Please consider donating anyway you can to keep this beautiful family from suffering anymore with things that are materialistic, yet basic necessities for living. There is no amount of planning or saving that prepares a family for this type of health situation.
