This fundraiser is a call of action and offering of support for Henry, our dear friend. As you may or may not know Henry was diagnosed in midJuly with an aggressive stage 4 lung cancer for which he is receiving an array of treatments. Henry is unable to work due to the intensity of his treatments and resulting fatigue. As Henry has provided excellent support for disadvantaged individuals and families in his role as a community support therapist, we strongly feel it’s our turn to support Henry in this time of crisis. Aside from the current loss of income, his future retirement plans have been completely derailed. Additionally, he is incurring unexpected expenses related to his medical care and support care. Henry has a wide network of family, and friendships that have developed over the span of his adventurous life, on multiple continents, and through his wide range of interests, including music, athletics, therapeutic work, spirituality, and an active member of the We Hate Bittersweet Group. We are reaching out to all, and asking if you could please consider donating. All donations are greatly appreciated and will help give Henry peace of mind as he navigates this journey.
