Dear Friends and Supporters, As many of you may already be aware, our good friend Keith 'Keebo' Josephson was admitted to the hospital for a serious blood infection back in mid-February. Unfortunately, his health challenge took a turn for the worse, and Keith was placed in the ICU, reliant on a ventilator, which ultimately led to him needing an emergency tracheostomy to help him breathe (information provided by the family). Currently, Keith is undergoing rehabilitation at Western Massachusetts Hospital in Westfield, and while he is expected to return home, the exact timeframe remains uncertain. Amidst Keith's fight for recovery, life dealt him another devastating blow. Just a few days after entering rehab, Keith's beloved Mom passed away unexpectedly. This heartbreak left him not only emotionally devastated but also with an overwhelming financial burden. Keith is now faced with mortgage payments and monthly bills that he is unable to manage while in rehab. To add to the challenges, his Mom did not have life insurance or any assets that could alleviate the financial strain. In this time of adversity, we, as 'Team Keebo,' are coming together to support our friend and ensure he receives the care and assistance he needs during this trying period. A fundraiser has been created to raise funds to help Keith cover his expenses while in the hospital as well as provide much-needed support upon his return home.
