Last Thursday, Teryn suffered a frightening and severe injury while playing in our touch football game, and he now faces a long and challenging road to recovery. This means that he will be unable to put any pressure on his leg for approximately 8 weeks, leaving him unable to work as an Arborist. Teryn's occupation as an Arborist is not only physically demanding but also his primary source of income, and unfortunately, his employer does not offer short-term disability benefits. The Challenge: With Teryn unable to work and provide for his family, the financial burden is placing immense stress on him, his wife, and their young child. Furthermore, Teryn and his wife are expecting their second child in a few months, adding to the challenges they are already facing. The combined expenses of medical treatments, physiotherapy, and an impending move have left Teryn and his family in a difficult and uncertain position.
