The procedure is essential to improve his quality of life, keep him alive, and ensure his long-term well-being. However, the recovery process is expected to keep him out of work for a few months, leaving him with a significant financial burden as he is self-employed. My dad has always been the one to work tirelessly (literally into the night) to provide. Unfortunately, his health condition has taken a toll on his ability to continue working during this difficult time.
