Hi friends! As some of you know Greg Petersen, one of our favorite local bartenders at Coopers in Eagan, suffered from a stroke. Him & his lady, Lisa Petersen, (also one of our favorites) were working last Wednesday night when it happened. As a fellow bartender, I know the struggle of not having insurance. Randy Cooper & I wanted to put this together bc this is the just the beginning of recovery. There will be many more Dr’s appointments, tests, & medical expenses piling up on top of him not being able to work. Greg is doing ok & walking with a cane. He will be wearing a heart monitor for 30 days as well. Every day his hand gets better and they’re seeing improvement. We will continue to update this page on his road to recovery. We know how loved these two are & every little bit will help. If you can’t send money, send all the prayers & positive vibes to this beautiful family.
