Our herbalist community is coming together to ask folks to donate to help Mimi and Terry keep up with necessary work to maintain The Ponderland during Mimi’s unexpectedly long recovery following surgical complications. Mimi has long been a teacher, organizer and leader in our community, and she and Terry need a little village support right now. As some of you may know, Mimi recently underwent surgery, which unfortunately led to unexpected complications. What was originally anticipated to be a swift recovery has turned into a 6-8-week journey of healing. As a result, both Mimi and Terry have fallen behind on the much-needed projects and upkeep at PonderLand, their beloved home & native plant sanctuary and future wedding location ~ www.theponderland.com (a member of United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary Network.) With their wedding just around the corner in October, Mimi and Terry had hoped to have everything in perfect condition. However, due to the extended recovery period, they have been unable to make progress on essential maintenance tasks. This is where your support and generosity can make a significant difference. We are reaching out to you today with a heartfelt appeal for donations to help Mimi and Terry catch up on the various projects they are unable to tackle themselves. The main areas where they could benefit from assistance include lawn and garden maintenance, pond renovation, completion of the fire circle, homestead harvest tasks, tending to the chicken coop, and general housekeeping. We understand that times are tough, and there are many worthy causes to support. However, even a small donation can go a long way in helping Mimi and Terry regain their momentum. Every dollar raised will be used diligently to pay for support for them to feel caught up. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of Mimi and Terry, supporting their efforts to create a sanctuary of love, beauty, and respite for all. We thank you dearly for your consideration, generosity, and willingness to rally behind The PonderLand and their stewards.
