My brother John & his wife Gwenn live in Fresno, CA. John is a High School teacher, raising a large family on a teachers salary in CA has been a challenge. Johnny is their 2nd born (out of 5). Johnny just turned 27 last week. Sadly, he was just diagnosed with an aggressive Leukemia. His type of AML is resistant to chemotherapy and requires a stem cell transplant. Johnny is being transferred from Fresno to Stanford University Medical Center tomorrow 7/17. This fund will help John & Gwenn with unexpected costs to travel the 3 hours to Palo Alto, such as gas, food, lodging and any additional expenses. Not to mention medical costs not covered by Johnny insurance. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. They have a battle ahead❤️ Your consideration to contribute is so appreciated by Fresno Humphrey Family. Thank You UPDATE as of 8/3 Johnny was transferred to UC San Franciso Medical Center, it's one of only 71 NCI (National Cancer Institute) Cancer Centers in the US. The medical team is trying to get him into remission to prepare him for a Bone Marrow Transplant. As expected, he is incredibly tired but remains in good spirits. The outpouring of generosity has been incredible!! Thank you, everyone!!
