Charles "Chip" Piancone, a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, son and uncle unexpectedly passed away on August 8, 2015. His family and friends were left behind in shock and despair due to the sudden tragedy. While our family has had the past three months to mourn and process, the pain is still excruciating. Along with the deep pang of longing, we are also worried for the family Chip left behind. On top of losing their husband and father, Janette, Charles Jr. (25), A.J. (20) and Julia (17) are also displaced. Chip was the primary financial provider, and with no life insurance, piling bills and funeral expenses, my family is faced with severe financial hardships. They are currently staying with my grandmother during this troubling time. The Piancones are a hard-working family with strong ties to the Jersey Shore through our Italian Specialty Shop and Restaurant which was located in Bradley Beach for over 50 years. We've been there through many of our customers and friends' rough and joyful occasions. During our unfortunately rough time, we graciously ask for your help and support. Any amount of donation would mean the world to us. Donations would be used to help pay for living accommodations, food, clothing, schooling, etc. Please help the Piancone family get back on their feet - to have the ability to move on from this tragedy and start anew.
