Last month, my Grandma suffered from what we thought was a stroke. A week down the line, after several tests and scans, my Grandma was diagnosed with a grade 4 glioblastoma, the most aggressive brain tumour. My grandma being the strong legend she is, took this in her stride and is now recovering from brain surgery. Currently there is no cure for this awful disease and Just 1% of the national spend on cancer has been allocated to brain tumours. I have decided to do a sky dive to raise money for this amazing charity. The Brain Tumour Charity is the leader in its field, funding world-class research, providing support and information and raising awareness of brain tumours. It is dedicated to beating this disease, the biggest cancer killer of people under 40 in the UK.
