My sister, Emily, got a call while she was sitting in class tonight notifying her that her apartment was on fire. Thankfully, she and my niece, Karly, were not home and no one was hurt. Regretfully, she did not ever obtain renters insurance. She is a hardworking single mother working part time at Clark County Department of Job and Family Services while earning her Bachelors degree (she graduates in May 2016- so proud of her!). My niece will turn 7 on Oct. 27 and she is in the first grade. They lost everything including clothes, furniture, toys, computer, tv, kitchen ware, EVERYTHING! Being that she is a single mom in college, only working part time, she has no savings. Any help you provide is greatly appreciated!
