A few weeks back I went to a church called Bethel in Redding, CA.  I have been there before, but this time was a lot different.A lot of things have been changing in my life lately. All for the good, but just a lot of hard things that led me to not know what direction I am supposed to be going or what God has in store for me.  At Bethel, they have this incredible prayer house. While sitting in there, I was just asking God for any direction at all. Boy, I did I learn my lesson on asking! After an incredible time of worship, the sermon begun. It was on missions actually. Now, a little back story. I have always thought it would be super awesome to go to Mexico for two weeks with a group or something like that. Never have I considered going on a long term mission or anything.Okay, so as I said missions were the topic on that day and I so clearly heard God say “Go”. It was one of the most terrifying moments I have ever experienced. Trying to ignore Him, the pastor challenged the people of the church to Give Heart. That was when it clicked for me, and everything clicked. I felt a sense of relief and realized that I need to actually give my heart. And if that means going wherever God wants, I need to go. As he says, “Go and make disciples of all nations” Matt. 28:19So, that being said, I came home from Redding, applied for YWAM (Youth With A Mission), and am now going to Perth, Australia in April!! I will be going to a DTS (dicipleship training school)  in Perth for the first three months, and then I will be traveling to do actual mission work for the following three months. This is where you all come in. I will be sending out a formal letter soon, doing plenty of fundraising, and have  this page to help raise the necessary funds for the lecture phase, outreach phase, as well as airfare.I believe God has a plan for me, and is going to use me in incredible ways. If you can donate, that would be awesome. Your prayers would be most greatly appreciated throughout this next year of my life.Thank you for all of your continued love and support!Love, Sidnee
