A short time ago, Sister Wenonah from our church heard of a group of newly baptized members. These members are living in a remote village in the mountains of the Philippines. They were newly baptized, but they had no church in which to worship. She was inspired to desire to have a church built for them. She donated some land for the church and a sum of money to begin the construction of the church. What she gave is not enough to complete the work of building the church. These new believers in Jesus Christ need assistance, so that their church can be completed. So they will have a place to worship, grow close to the Lord and do discipleship. The carpenter who is building and leading the building of the local church, is a poor man. He is building a church, but does not even have a home for his own family. But he works, building the church for these new believers. This is one story of the conditions in this village. This campaign is to generate the funds for completing the building of a church for this group of new believers. To show them support in their new found faith. But it is also to build an outpost for spreading the Gospel of the Kingdom of God to the mountains of the Philippines. For this we need your help. We only ask for what is possible to share. We do not want to put anyone into hardship. Our goal is simply to support and strengthen these new believers with a church of their own. And by helping them, do the good work of spreading the gospel of the kingdom to this part of the world. Thank you for your help! Blessings
