This go fund me is being set up for Sherry Covington and her husband Wade in order to raise funds for travel, food, and hotel stay. On Sunday, July 16, 2024 Sherry was cooking dinner for her family and a can of Pam cooking spray exploded and hit her in the head causing major damage to her skull, right orbital bones, and eye. She was taken to Archbold hospital and then transferred to Tallahassee and from there to Shands in Gainesville Florida. While in the hospital she has developed some issues with her lungs that the doctors have not been able to figure out. They are thinking she may have some inhalation damage but they just aren’t sure yet. She has now been placed on a ventilator and it is looking like it’s going to be more extensive than we originally thought so this account will help raise money for her husband,children, and grandchildren to be able to stay with her or visit her. Thank you so much for all of the prayers, phone calls, text messages. We really appreciate it and it as well as helping us get through this terrible tragedy. Please keep them coming.
