As most of you know by now, Shallan was in an awful accident on her way home from Disneyland a few days ago. Fortunately, her beautiful children escaped unharmed (though shaken up). Unfortunately Shallan wasn't so lucky. She has some pretty significant whiplash, along with a fractured nose and is bruised from head to toe. In the best of circumstances this would be not only awful but expensive. These are not the best of circumstances. The circumstances are complicated but it looks like the man that hit her may get away with out the responsiblity. Her car was totaled. Not to mention medical bills, lost wages, etc.Shallan is a single Mama who relies on her car to transport her children. On top of that she has unselfishly taken in a friend's 9 year old twins to live with her while their mom gets back on her feet. She was driving them to/from school, feeding them and being an emotional rock for them as well. . A single Mama, single handedly taking care of four littles. Shallan is a helper and giver by nature. She cares deeply about and for those in her life. For as long as I've known her she has said yes when others have asked for help. It's our turn to return the favor. We are trying to raise as much money as we can to help her in the many ways she will need in the long and short time ahead. Please give what your heart dicates and your wallet will allow.
