This is Spots (Manchas.) He is a Peruvian street dog. Every day on our way to the park Charlie would look for her friend and one day we noticed he had a collar and apparent owner. My neighbor began caring for him and we learned Spots has cancer. He was in need of a home because she is returning to the U.S. in November. I have agreed to adopt Spots and continue his chemotherapy following his surgery next week. I am asking for your help in saving Charlie's new brother. He is four years old and incredibly sweet. Thank you for helping me in fighting his cancer and providing a loving home for him!
