Hi, my name is Brittany Cissell (Switzer). I am Sarah's sister. Some may not know but she was in a terrible 4 wheeler accident while on a camping trip and suffered multiple facial fractures, internal bleeding requiring her spleen to be removed, and a tear in her larynx which is the most concerning injury. I am hoping to help raise some money as that's one less thing she has to worry about on her road to recovery. Anyone who knows Sarah, knows she is the first to help someone so please consider donating to help with medical expenses, bills, food for Jimmy her son, also school is starting back soon and Jimmy will need school supplies and clothes. All donations will be given directly to our brother Tim who is currently handling Jimmy,s needs as well as Sarah's. Any amount will help as she is going to have to have several reconstruction surgeries and will need some sort of home health as she will possibly be needing a tracheostomy due to her larynx tear and will possibly be needing tube feeding or IV nutrition.
