Sally Craig was camping with her friends to celebrate their high school graduation and upcoming freshman year of college when they were in a terrible car accident. Sally needed emergency bowel surgery and an intense spinal surgery in which she received 2 rods and 12 screws. Because she is being treated at the hospital closest to the accident 1.5 hours from home, her family is incurring hotel, gas and food costs in addition to medical bills now and down the road when their home will need to be modified for Sally’s care when she is released. Sally graduated from Troy High School with high honors and planned to study political science as a Spartan at Michigan State this fall. This is the second major injury her family has had to deal with in 2024. They are still recovering from the first. They need all the support we can give the family and Sally during her long recovery. Sally is a hard working girl saving up for her MSU studies. She has two jobs at Nino Salvaggio and Birmingham Community House daycare where she is adored by her class and misses them.
