Our coworker Colby Tindle’s 15 month old son Rhodes has been diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This is to show how our survey department is truly a family and that we try our best to help each other out with any family emergency that may arise. All donations will go to cover medical bills and any other expenses they may have to help with some unexpected financial burden. While Colby’s family was on vacation in Florida, Rhodes started getting sick, which at first they thought it was just a cold. After a few days they started noticing some bruising and a rash, later discovered it was petechiae. This concerned them so on July 11th they took Rhodes to the ER to have blood work ran. After getting the results from the blood work their vacation turned into a nightmare when they were then told their son has cancer. Update: For almost a month now they have been at Sacred Heart Hospital in Florida so Rhodes can be stable as he starts his first month of chemotherapy (induction). Twice they were going to be discharged on July 25 and on July 31, but he kept spiking fevers which then required him to be put back on antibiotics and watched overnight. He has is ups and downs, but has been a fighter every bit of the way. We will keep updates on here as we get them. Any and all help will be very much appreciated. Thank you all!
