Hi, I’m Ryan and I’m here to raise some funds to provide some relief for some very close friends of mine who have a 2 year old with rare genetic disease called Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) that causes non-cancerous (benign) tumors to grow in the brain and several areas of the body. This little buddy had brain surgery today (7/11/23) where they removed a golf ball size portion from his brain to provide some relief. He has many more tumors as some are inoperable but todays operation will provide him with great relief from daily seizures. He has had up to 13 seizures in a single day. This fundraiser will help the family with expenses for travel as the specialist and hospital is more than 1300 miles away from home, time away from work, and some general stress relief that comes with everything on their plate. I may be in big trouble for doing this for them as they are the type of people that don’t feel they are deserving of this type of help and for privacy reasons I don’t want to reveal their names but trust me when I say they are deserving of some help. This account is setup for the money to go straight to their account and so they will start to feel the stress melt away immediately and focus on healing their precious baby.
