UPDATE: 11/11/23 Hello, my name is Melissa or Lisa for many who know us. In February of this year, my dad Raymond or many know him as Ray was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of Lymphoma. It's called Large Diffuse B-Cell Lymphoma. He is currently still in Denver after undergoing a Bone Marrow Transplant in September. It has been an up and down battle for him physically and emotionally. He is pushing to stay strong and hopefully soon going home. He got the news last week that the transplant was effective and he is officially cancer free! It has been a tough journey for him. However even after returning home it will still be some time before he can return to work. I have been taking care of his home and trying to make sure everything is taken care of in Cheyenne. While he is in Denver he is still having to pay for his housing, food, medications, and his regular mortgage and utilities in Cheyenne. Anyone who knows my dad, he is a very hard-working and independent man. He never asks for any help yet is always there to help anyone in need. We are asking from the kindness of hearts if anyone would be able to help our family in this tough time. Any donations will go strictly to finances and living expenses while he is in Denver for recovery and for a bit when he returns home and gains his strength back. Other than donations I ask if you could continue to pray for my family and Ray's healing. He is and always has been a fighter. My dad is the heart of our family and we will continue to fight alongside him to overcome this. We thank everyone for their love and support and all the staff in the oncology center and Brent’s Place!
