I’m Ralph. In 2024 my wife Sade was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. Prior to that she had been in and out of work due to her health affecting her attendance and job performance. In 2024 her doctor informed us she can’t work due to her condition and also was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease resulting from the endometriosis. She’s gone multiple surgeries between last year and this year. Majority of the time she’s bed ridden and I tend to all her needs while trying to provide. I was the only one in the household bringing in any income until I was unfortunately laid off from work earlier this yr. We lost our apartment and been struggling to pay our bills let alone to eat but we maintained up until this point. She’s currently fighting for social security disability which is a very lengthy process. We were staying at my mother in laws home but she recently decided to give up her place with little to no warning for us so we are now facing being homeless. I did land a new job thankfully awaiting a start date but we don’t have the funds for a new place let alone the bills we have on our plate. Just asking for whatever you can give that we can get a roof over our heads and start to come back on our bills. Anything is appreciated at this point. I been caring for her since her up until now and I’m just asking for help so we are not out on the street.
