Dear friends, family, and members of the Los Angeles moto community, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a recent unfortunate incident involving our dear friend, Marie Ramirez. While on the 210 west, she was involved in a hit and run accident, which resulted in multiple injuries and led her to be admitted to the Trauma center at the ER. Though we are relieved that her injuries were not more severe, Marie is currently facing a challenging situation. The medical expenses incurred are not entirely covered by her insurance, and she is also burdened with the deductible due to the driver fleeing the scene. As a tight-knit community, we aim to support Marie during this difficult time. To assist her in covering the medical bills and aiding her recovery process, we have set a fundraising goal of $7,000. This amount will alleviate the financial strain she is experiencing and enable her to focus on her recovery without the worry of mounting medical costs. Marie's immobility has rendered her unable to work, making the situation even more challenging. By rallying together and contributing to this cause, we can help her regain stability and get back on her feet as soon as possible. Your support and generosity will make a significant difference in Marie's life, and any contribution, no matter how big or small, will be deeply appreciated. Let us come together as a community to show our care and solidarity for our fellow rider. Thank you for your compassion and support.
