Join us as we support the Villanti family. Recently Tommy Jr (TJ) Villanti (14 years old) was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, a clival chordoma tumor found on his spinal cord and brain stem. He is undergoing several surgeries this week to remove the majority of the tumor ahead of his radiation treatments. There are other procedures that need to happen and with a long road ahead, all he wants is his family by his side. During this time mom and dad are staying at Cornell Medicine Brain and Spine Center in NYC. As you can imagine, they’ve dropped everything in their son’s time of need and we are banding together to provide financial coverage so they can concentrate on TJ. Anyone who knows Tom and Stef will agree that they love their boys fiercely and at the same time would give you the shirts off their backs. Both deeply rooted in Sayreville, we thought it only right to extend this opportunity for those who want to contribute and support this beautiful family in the community we all grew up in. Help us lift their burden so they may remain strong and anchored in TJ’s recovery. Update 7/25/23: Thank you for those who donated this far. The first $4,000 has been applied to their July and August mortgage statements, electric and gas bill as well as their quarterly water bill. His sister Sandy is coordinating the bill payments so they can focus on TJ. We would like to cover the rest of the August bills and car insurance payment. No amount is too small to donate. Shoprite gift cards are also welcome. You can reach his sister Sandy Villanti O'Neill on messenger or Facebook.
