Hi, my name is Callum and I’m raising money for my boyfriend so he can get his top surgery. I was lucky enough to have top surgery this year and I want him to feel free just like I am. He helped me through significantly hard times and this is the way I’m going to repay him for what he did for me. To do this I walked the National Three Peaks 24 hour challenge on the 1st September 2024. This is one of the hardest challenge in the UK and so hope to raise some money for him. In April 2024 I am walking Coast to Coast 190 mile walk. The cost of surgery is unreal but life saving. The consultation was £150 The surgery (incl. revisions, check ups, medication, hospital stay, and nurse and surgeon cost) is £10,250. The NHS is a long waiting list. He has had to go private for hormones due to this wait. He can’t wait any longer. Just imagine. You were in a room with no windows nor doors so no way out. It’s dark and cold with barely any room to move. This is what it feels like being transgender. His mental health has suffered extremely due to being so dysphoric about his body. His physical health has also deteriorated in terms of breathing and skin sores but he cannot not wear a binder. This can cause serious harm if not helped. This was me post op. I have never felt more me and more free. I have accomplished so much this year due to this life saving surgery. PLEASE ALLOW ME BOYFRIEND TO HAVE THE SAME CHANCE!
