Hi, my name is Suzanne and Shirley has been a dear friend of mine for over 15 years. We have travelled many journies together, supporting each other along the way. When her dear husband Mike passed, we shared many conversations of her love for him, what they wanted to create for their future, their grandkids and travel dreams. Mike came into Shriley's life in the early 80's and they quickly developed a very strong friendship. In time, that bond grew to love and a desire to share their life together. When they married, Shirley was a single mother with 2 grown daughters and one still at home. Mike took on the role of husband and father without a question in his heart. He was meant to be with them. He was there through thick and thin and was Shriley's rock when her youngest daughter passed in a tragic car accident. They needed each other and it was beautiful. Last year, Mike took ill and as much as they tried to bring him home, it wasn't meant to be. Mike passed away in July 2024 and what was left behind was my friend Shirley trying to navigate loss and grief once again. But this time she has to do it alone while navigating all the residual effects of loosing a spouse. Since his death was so suddon, there wasn't enough time to prepare for what comes next. She is now facing an onslaught of calls from banks, the mortgage company and more, while trying to tie up loose ends that he left behind. She recently found out that payments were missed and now she owes $17,000 by the end of July to be able to keep a roof over her head. Please help this amazing woman keep her home as she continues to heal from her loss and find her footing in life once again. With Love Suzanne
