Chad was recently in a single vehicle accident on his way to work the morning of 7/26/23. His truck hit lose gravel on the road way kicking his rear end out causing the truck to roll. Chad was transported to AV medical center where he was immediately taken in to the operating room. Chad suffered injury to his left leg as his leg was caught under his truck on impact. Lucky for us some passer-byers used a jack to lift the truck freeing his leg. This resulted in a major surgery. If anyone knows Chad, everyone knows Chad is passionate about everything he does and is always there to help a friend out. Chad loves his job, loves his friends and family.
